Operating Hours
Our drop off and collection hours are from 7am to 1pm. During this time, we ensure that all customers receive equal rental time. Regardless of when you drop off your items, they will be collected at the same time as everyone else.
If you are hosting an indoor event at a specific venue with a designated delivery time, we can accommodate that as well. In addition to our regular drop off hours, we also offer afternoon drop offs for inflatables to cater to different event schedules.
To provide you with accurate drop off and collection times, we calculate them one day before your party. You will receive a call the evening before your event with the exact timings. Booking online confirms your booking immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Your booking is secured and saved for you on the chosen date. We will also give you a courtesy call the evening before your booking to confirm the details.
For overnight rentals, we can leave the inflatable in your secure garden for a charge of £35. You will be responsible for the unit as no one will be present. Alternatively, you can opt for a two-day hire at a slightly higher cost for extended enjoyment of the inflatable.
