1. Our operating hours for drop off and collection are from 7am to 1pm. During this time, we ensure that all customers receive the same amount of time for their rentals. This means that regardless of when you drop off your items, you can expect them to be collected at the same time as everyone else.
2. If you are hosting an event indoors at a specific venue with a designated delivery time, we can accommodate that as well. In addition to our regular drop off hours, we also offer afternoon drop offs for inflatables. This flexibility allows us to cater to different event schedules and ensure that your rental needs are met.
3. To provide you with the most accurate drop off and collection times, we calculate them one day before your party. This way, you will receive a call the evening before your event with the exact timings. If you choose to book online, the booking is confirmed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Rest assured that your booking is secured and saved for you on the chosen date. We will also give you a courtesy call the evening before your booking to confirm the details.
4. If you require an overnight rental, we can leave the inflatable in your secure garden. However, please note that there is a charge of £35 for this service and you will be responsible for the unit as no one will be present. Alternatively, you can opt for a two-day hire at a slightly higher cost. This gives you the flexibility to enjoy the inflatable for an extended period of time.
